Education · Word to HTML
Word to HTML,
exactly as written
Paste in a Word document, get back the code. Nothing rewritten, nothing paraphrased. Built for uploading course content into D2L, Moodle, or anywhere else that takes raw HTML.
Why this doesn't use AI
An AI model doesn't copy text, it regenerates it, word by word, based on what's statistically likely to come next. Asking one to "format this exactly, change nothing" works most of the time on a short document, then quietly drifts as length or complexity grows.
This tool reads your document's actual structure instead, headings, bold, lists, and converts that structure directly into HTML. Nothing is predicted. Nothing is regenerated. The conversion happens entirely in your browser, your document is never sent anywhere.
Word documents only, for now. PDF conversion is a separate, harder problem, PDFs don't carry the same structural information Word documents do. If your source is a PDF, converting it to Word first will usually get better results than any AI-based reformatting would.
